Spacious living area and bedrooms. Dark corridors in the afternoon as the lights are only switched on after 7 pm to save electricity. No function room like newer condos but ample space for children and family activities - playground, multi-purpose courts and a convenience store. Ntuc and esso just a few minutes walk away. Kudos to the management for maintaining the beautiful surrounding. They are helpful and kind, like the neighbours too.

Using public transport can be quite a challen

Using public transport can be quite a challenge during peak hours. Sale prices hold up well considering its age in that vicinity.

Nice surroundings. Great layout for 4 roomers. But one hell of a walk to the main road where most of the busses are located. There's a feeder bus outside the condo, but this is inadequate in frequency and impossible to get up during in peak times.

Things have become very nice. New facilities and near bus stop. Very good connectivity and highly disciplined management. Very nicely maintain looks like only couple of years old.

management changes every 3 months. Horrible upstairs neighbors who are loud, noisy and inconsiderate.
interior is big, but bathrooms very poorly built. Security guards don't have any power to do anything and are rude to tenants. Only thing good is the beautiful condo surroundings, otherwise, unless this is the last option to live, do not stay here. I recommend this building for:

This condo is like a garden. Beautiful environment with lot of space. It is very unpolluted and quiet. Very rare layout especially top floor with high ceiling.

Gone there to view a three bedroom apt
Likes
1) Layout is ok
2) Good sized rooms
Dislikes
1) Poor quality finishes
2) Poor ventilation
3) Dark n messy corridors, bicycles all over
The whole place is rather washed out looking which is understandable as it is one of the oldest condo there I recommend this building for:
