Crazy convenient location in the heart of River Valley, beautiful well-maintained grounds and facilities, nicely sized and regular shaped individual units, spacious carpark

One of the newer condo at River Valley

Stayed for more than a year. Opp Great World and close to Zion market for cheap bite. Adjacent to the condo is upcoming MRT station (2020) less than 100m away. Great location, great for investment

Started my lease here not too long ago. I had chosen Cosmopolitan due to convenience of amenities at Great World City and proximity to my work place at Orchard Road. I am in a north facing unit which does not face the ongoing construction of an upcoming train station.

Noise Issue

I'm also a current resident here and will be moving out once the lease is up as well.
Location is nice since GWC is just across the street :) But the major construction is right by this building and noise is going on 24 hours and very disturbing even windows closed.
Probably this condo will be better place once all construction is done.
I would not recommend for Family since the noise is the main issue this condo. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities,

Good expat living

I have been a tenant for over a year now and absolutely love the location. My family has seen a few units in this development and it was a good thing we picked the right facing (facing orchard road), as the other side faces the construction site and it is very noisy. Location is central and the premises are well maintained. Would recommend this to any expat who values convenience.

Stands on what was previously the site of media giant SPH, what impresses are the tall pillars at the lobby which immediately bring the apartments much higher than the standard condo height. Most units enjoy nice city views. Amenities of Great World City and Orchard are nearby

Convenient with Great World City across the road; 15 min walk to Orchard Rd malls.
Surrounded by many eateries Walking distance to Robertson Quay.
Good size facilities that are well maintained. Lack of tennis court though.
Mgmt team and security helpful and polite. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet and

All about location as development is situated beside Great World City shopping centre and is 15 min walk to both Robertson Quay (Zouk) and Orchard Road. The condo also has a back gate leading to the upcoming Great World city MRT. Unique design of building (on stilts) ensures inhabitants are protected from road noise. Compound and interior are very well maintained belying its age of 6 years(due to high maintenance fees!)with good sized pool and very useable club house . Only downside is there is no tennis Court.
I recommend this building for:

Not well maintained

I'm a current resident here and will be moving out once the lease is up. The location is great but it's poorly managed - the windows haven't been cleaned in the last 3 years, the pool furniture is broken and the BBQ areas are run down and damaged - it was great when we first moved in but due to poor management the place is rapidly going downhill! I would try the Trillium next door if you are looking for good facilities and something a bit newer.
