practically freehold, Allsworth Park in D10 is like a vintage charm (40 years old) with a swimming pool and the 170 units in the retro design. good facilities within the condo with a multi-purpose hall, area for mini golf and putting green, the non-negotiable tennis court, squash court, playground for little ones, swimming pool inclusive of wade pool and sauna.

Allsworth Park is like living in a landlocked resort within the vibrant Holland Road estate, close to Holland Village with a ton of amenities like supermart, wet market, bus stops, etc.

Age begets experience

Allsworth Park is like a fine wine, with well-maintained facilities and lovely community here. never had an issue and the fengshui vibes feels good. close to popular pri schs for kiasu parents, as well as enrichment centres. for quick access, we like to use the backgate, and near to Allsworth Park, Cold Storage, Ghim Moh market etc.

Old apartment, not child friendly

The apartment is quite dated, with only buyers renovating, not landlords. Not much play area for kids, with old style pool and roads around the blocks.

Better value elsewhere

Condo is past its time even if it's in D10. Bathrooms, kitchen, pool all rather dated. Not great for kids as there are roads everywhere. Currently, there is obviously a concerted effort by some real estate agents to push the rent higher by advertising the same unit with different photos at VERY out of market prices.

Not worth the price

Units are crumbling and aging plumbing, electrical and fittings. Not all owners are ready to renovate. New tenants beware of laid back owners trying to make easy money.
