Parc Canberra is a newly launched 496-unit Executive Condominium (EC) located in the up-and-coming town of Canberra and within walking distance of Canberra MRT.

Location
Parc Canberra’s biggest draw is arguably its proximity to an MRT station, which is almost unheard of for Executive Condominium (EC) projects. Residents here will be just 300m (about 5 minutes walk) to the recently-opened Canberra MRT station on the North-South Line, which will allow seamless access to the CBD in just 31 minutes (according to Google Maps).
Additionally the presence of the MRT grants residents access to a host of amenities in nearby towns, such as Woodlands’ Causeway Point and Yishun’s Northpoint City.

Right across the development is the upcoming Bukit Canberra, a 12-hectare (equivalent to 20 football fields) integrated sports and community hub. Set to be completed in 2020, the hub will provide amenities such an indoor sports hall, polyclinic, hawker centre, 3km of running trails, a fruit orchard, a fruit forest, community farming spaces, senior care centre, as well as Singapore’s largest ActiveSG gym (16,146 sq ft) with indoor and outdoor pools, among others.
While there isn’t much public transport connectivity at the moment, this will be boosted once the 21.5km North-South Corridor (NSC) completes in 2026, which will link residents in Woodlands, Sembawang, Canberra, Yishun, Bishan, Toa Payoh and Ang Mo Kio to the CBD and reduce travelling time by up to 30 minutes. Furthermore, the NSC will connect to other major expressways, including the Seletar Expressway (SLE), Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and East Coast Parkway (ECP).
For those who enjoy the outdoors, Canberra is the only place in Singapore where you’ll find a beach (Sembawang Beach), a tranquil park (Sembawang Park) and a hot spring (Sembawang Hot Spring Park). These are just within 5 minutes by car.
To satisfy the needs of young families, there are also a few primary schools in the vicinity of Parc Canberra. The government has also earmarked land in Canberra for building additional primary and secondary schools as the town’s population grows.
