PropertyGuru Group Scores Record Growth in Leads for First Half 2012

Singapore, 2nd  August, 2012 – PropertyGuru Group strengthened
its dominance as Asia’s leading Property Portal Group by securing outstanding growth in business leads generation for its business
clients and partners, with an overall 62% increase for the first six
months of 2012 as compared to the same period in 2011.

With a firm commitment towards innovation and the creation of fresh, insightful property-related content and editorial resources, this growth in leads directly benefits the Group’s more than 21,000 paying real estate agents and developer advertisers, the Group’s key target audience, which has also seen a significant 45% increase regionally since the first half of 2011.

The record leads gain is principally attributed to sharp spikes in website traffic seen across all core markets, with Indonesia and Malaysia experiencing the greatest increases in total website visits, surging ahead with a 62% and 50% rise respectively in comparison to the 2nd half of 2011 to push up leads by 64% and 35%. This trend is also seen in Singapore and Thailand, with both countries seeing steady double growth in website visits and page views over the same period.
