SINGAPORE, 24 August 2016 – PropertyGuru Group (“PropertyGuru” or the “Group”), Asia's leading online property group, has appointed Daan Prince as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective 6 June 2016.
Mr. Prince – whose expertise lies in value creation, business growth and change management – will oversee the financial and operational aspects of PropertyGuru across all its markets. He will work alongside the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors to drive and execute the Group’s rapid regional growth strategy.

Prior to joining PropertyGuru, Mr. Prince spent the bulk of his 12-year career at Royal Philips. In his most recent role as Finance Director at Lumileds Singapore, he led the successful global implementation of SAP for the Finance function at all Lumileds sites and was instrumental in helping Lumileds spin-off from Royal Philips. Mr. Prince completed the “Leading for Results” programme at INSEAD and obtained an Executive Master degree in Finance and Control from TiasNimbas Business School, Netherlands.
