In 2017, Yvonne emerged as one of the top achievers who crossed more than one million in gross sales commission amongst 7000 sales person in PropNex. Within her six years career in the real estate industry, Yvonne has successfully built up a portfolio of 3 private residential units located in River Valley, Tanjong Pagar and the third one, in the upcoming 2nd CBD. Being a multiple property investor herself, has enabled Yvonne to develop an eye for below market value properties and to constantly suss out great deals for her clients. Yvonne is a staunch believer of doing the inconvenient but necessary crunching of numbers and meticulous analysis , prior to any property purchase. This came about as growing up, she was an unfortunate victim of a bad property decision , which led her family to have to move from one rental house to another. Apart from sharing her in depth knowledge of the property market and strategizing for her clients on assets building, she is also a “ Restructuring Portfolio" trainer within her team, Powerful Negotiators Group.
