Subsequently, ERA's CEO and Chairman Jack Chua asked me to head ERA China office. I started the operations office, franchise sales and support office. Under my care, ERA expanded its offices from no presence to 4 in Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou & Qingdao within 2 years. Outside of ERA in 2016, I started 2 ecommerce businesses but they both failed. In 2017, I started my 3rd eCommerce business successfully, selling $13 million of own brand name bags to the US via social media to my Shopify store, in the first year. This business is still currently ran by my team. And I'm now back in Singapore as an agent, ready to conquer with my social media and AI skills.
