Old condo with multiples inherit problems

Looking at the MSCT annual report exposes all the problems a 20+ year old condo have. it will cost a bomb to replace all the existing old facilities such as the lift and existing facilities. With the high maintenance fee, any buyer might be better off buying a newer condo with better appreciation and lesser problems

Convenient location with good layout

There’s a lot of food choices around here with great connectivity. Interior is bright and airy too

One of the few freehold condo in district 3 near city. Ageless design though and great location to city and Orchard Road, especially if one drives. Sadly, it is not much on the radar of most property buyers

Hidden Treasure

This condo is a hidden treasure. At first glance, the outlook of the condo seems like a typical HDB flat. However once you walk in, you will be amazed by the tranquility and cleaniness of the place. The facilities are top class, security on the ball and location superb! Tiong Bahru Plaza / MRT is a stone throw away. Wet markets of Henderson and Redhill are minutes away. The best part is, it's the only freehold around the Bukit Merah area and its super under-priced!!! What more can you ask for? A great place to stay in and a real gem of a deal.

This condo is a gem. Located at the start of River Valley Road. Location is very close to Orchard Road. Apartments are well layout with 3 bedrooms and great views of the city sky line. Quality finishing all round.
8 mins walk to Tiong Bahru MRT.
Best of all only S$3000+ to rent one of these.
May even consider buying one. Only S$900+psf so much cheaper than the condos along river valley. I recommend this building for: City Living, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet,

Affordable for Asian expats and quite and peaceful. Located between Redhill and Tiong Bahru MRT's. Max 10-15 min ride by taxi or bus to all prime shopping malls including Orchard.
