Old School Condo Perks - Trading Space for Ol

Park East can be a considerable walk for many, especially under higher temperatures and rain. A car is quite necessary for daily commute. Once inside, you get the 90s condo feel, with the old school architecture and swimming pools. It can be rapidly forgiven once you see the space of the units in there. This is the classic trade-off when going for older condos.
I recommend this building for:

Oldie but a goodie

It's a relatively old condominium but facilities are well-kept, security is enforced, and walking distance to eateries. It's definitely a gem in the east

Park East - real oasis park in the east

Location is very tranquil and quiet. Hear birds a lot.
Park East units are huge - many bedrooms are like double the size of bedrooms of new condos. Lounge and dining rooms are wonderfully big.
Very near to nice Siglap Linear Park.
Very near to Fidelio Street to catch exclusive Bus 42 to Kembangan MRT Station. Bus never crowded. Always punctual. Bus drivers are pally. Wonderful kampong feel.
Amenities abound within 1 km. Towards New Upper Changi Road, there is Baker & Cook plus a few eateries. Towards Upper East Coast Road, you have Picotin, Spingleaf Prata Place, fresh fish/meat/veg/fruit shops. Then at Upper East Coast Road you have zillions of food choices including 24 hours NTUC and Cold Storage Supermarkets.
A real gem of a neighborhood. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet,
