Convenient location, efficient layout, but sl

I rented a 3 bedder unit at Apleton View for a few years. Overall I like the place. Super convenient location. The building is getting old and maintenance isn't great. The front gate malfunctioned for about 4 months before getting fixed, and the lift also didnt require any access card during that time, which allowed anyone to reach any floor. Occasionally cockroaches will come out from the rubbish chute but I wonder if this is common in SG?
If you're superstitions, please read the following. In 2020, someone from level 13 jumped out and landed on the driveway. The dent on the swimming pool rail hasn't been fixed until now. I recommend this building for:
