one of few rare Freehold condos with a huge pool, big gym overlooking the pools and tennis court. grounds are very well kept and the structure is very well built

Lovely condo with a sprawling pool and seems to beckon at every residents to jump in. Very unique ground floor units that has its own private pool which are part of the big common pool. So while the residents at the ground floor units can relax at the deck or patio and dip into the pool at anytime they want

Low rise peace & quiet living

This is the smallest of the three developments in the same stretch of road(Clementiwoods, Varsity Park, Stellar) but noticeably less congested and gives a great sense of peace and quiet feel. Not everyone likes small freehold condo development as bigger developmemt generally has more common facilities to share. Walking distance to NUS so great for those working there

Nice Place

I am an expat who have been leaving in Singapore for many years and have lived in a few condos. The Stellar is definitely a place worth considering, be it for renting or purchase. I would say a luxury city resort in the west. With the upcoming of the subway due in few years time, I am sure the prices of the stellar will surge! I like this condo compared with those in West Coast Rise (Botannia area), it's not far from the city and I am hardly caught in horrendous traffic jam. There is nearby supermarket, eateries. Good project. However, there is no function room available at the Stellar which is a minus point.
