Quiet and Nice Place to Stay

Very convenient place to stay with alot of amenities around and MRT is just so near but very quiet and super nice place to stay. Guard is very good to ensure safety of the residents and its visitors.
I recommend this building for:

Freehold and yet 3 minutes walk to Potong Pas

Freehold and yet 3 minutes walk to Potong Pasir MRT station, as well as the amenities there. Quite a winner with its not too high selling price, PSF wise.

not the best...

the pool is nice, but i have 2 main concerns regarding Intero
1. 3 new condos are currently being built next to the condo, the 3rd one just started and is right next to Intero, so it is VERY NOISY nowdays.
2. depending on the way you approach the condo, you might see huge rats crossing the road... I recommend this building for:
