Fabulous condo!

Love Raintree, been here for 3 years. Intend to be here for many years. Stay here only if you like nature, quiet and community.

Very close to nature reserve

Good choice for those who want to be literally at the doorstep of the bukit timah nature reserve, although they will need to walk about 5-10 minutes to the nearest bus stop as the development is situated at the end of the road. There is some drainage smell coming from outside, especially after heavy rain because of the proximity to greenery/soil. But otherwise, the condo has a decent suite of facilities and is good for families with children.

I remember I was inside one of the units I was marketing. The window looks straight out into nothing but lush wild trees, shrubs. Great for nature lovers.

The Raintree - noisy wild children

Think twice before moving here . There are 3 pools - 2 for children and a lap pool. Children are very active and the parents inflict them on everyone else . Management is apathetic

Great Nature Place

This condo is nestled near the bukit timah nature reserve and is a quiet and quaint place which gives a homey feeling.
Having said that, for those who don't drive, bus stop is a 7-8 mins walk out. Not a big price to pay for the serenity you get.
