Responsibilities:

• Ideate strong event concepts, ensuring the needs of target audiences are met.

Events Executive

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the event timeline and keeping to tight schedules.
• Key liaison between Sales / Event Co / Internal marketing /Exhibitors development leading up to the event, ensuring that both client and internal requirements are met.

Chief Finance Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to support its continued rapid growth and a future IPO. This is a new role, reporting to the Group CEO, and is a key member of Executive Leadership Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching and motivation to finance teams in four countries.
• Develop financial and governance process, systems and procedures across the Group (e.g.
  budgeting, management reporting, tax, auditing, regional transfer pricing)
• Ensure financial results are in compliance with corporate policies and procedures including
  compliance and the local GAAP
• Develop financial analysis to assess performance and support business planning and decision
  making
• Responsible for legal, shareholder and corporate administrative activities for the Company, and
  support any potential M&A activity
• Report to the board and shareholders on financial performance of the company - represent the
  Company externally as a spokesperson on occasions
• Manage relationship with key external parties (e.g. auditors, tax advisors, bankers) including the
  corporate secretary on corporate, board & shareholder matters
• Key owner for operational model and automation of financial and management information
  systems
• Prepare company for IPO process

  

Requirements:

• Min 10 years of similar capacity and relevant experience in a fast paced environment - Degree
  in Accountancy and or MBA and CPA qualified
• Great communication, interpersonal, leadership and team-working skills
• Proactively takes ownership of issues and is willing and capable to make decisions on behalf of
• the Company
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong presentation skills, able to communicate complex information effectively and interact
