Dear Agent Partners,  

As part of our ongoing commitment to improve the quality of listings on the marketplace and ensuring that quality and relevant listings are matched to property seekers efficiently, PropertyGuru previously introduced the Report Listing feature that allows consumers to report listings that could be discriminatory, fake, duplicate, or no longer available etc, among other reasons.   

Effective from 3 April 2024, agents whose listings have been reported as no longer available will receive instant notifications, allowing you to take prompt actions to update your listings’ status.  
 
How will I be notified when a consumer reports my listing?
 
Assuming your listing has been reported as no longer available, an in-app push notification and email will be sent to you. You can also view the reported listing under the Listings tab on AgentNet.  
 
 

 
What should I do after receiving a reported listing notification?  

Within 2 days of receiving the notification, you must update your listing’s status by selecting 1 of the 3 options under the reported listing on AgentNet Listings tab.  

NOTE: If you select ‘Ongoing Offer/Transaction’, an ‘Ongoing Offer’ label will appear on the Listing’s Details page to inform property seekers of its status.  
 
 
 
 
What happens if I have missed the notification?

If you have missed the notification or failed to update your listing’s status within 2 days, your listing will automatically be labelled and reported as no longer available.  

In such case, you can return to the Listings tab on AgentNet to update the status of the reported listing.  
 
 
 
Recommended tip to avoid your listing being reported as no longer available:  

If your listing is no longer available, you are encouraged to promptly update your listing’s status to ‘Mark as Sold/Rented’ or ‘Deactivate’ under the Listings tab on AgentNet
