1. How to Enter the Contest: Participants will need to write one (or
more) condo reviews in PropertyGuru's condo directory before midnight
on 21st November 2008.
2. Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone over 18 years old (proof of age will be requested of the winner) who has registered their details on the PropertyGuru.com.sg website. Employees of PropertyGuru Group and members of their immediate families and/or persons living in the same household are not permitted to enter the contest. No purchase is required. All entries must be before midnight on 21st November 2008. Condo reviews received after this time will not be considered.
3. Prize: The winner will receive S$1,000 of Takashimaya vouchers. There will be no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for the prizes, unless PropertyGuru Group, at their sole discretion, substitutes a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes not collected after two weeks of the award will be awarded to a new winner using the same selection process as below.
4. Winner Selection Process: The contest winner will be selected at random by PropertyGuru Group and notified by email before midnight on the 1st December 2008. The selection of the winner by PropertyGuru Group is final and binding. Winners will be notified by the e-mail address given in the survey response. If a winner cannot be reached via the e-mail address provided in the survey after two weeks of the first attempt, or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not otherwise comply with these contest rules, an alternative winner will be selected using this same winner selection process.
5. Publicity: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to let PropertyGuru Group publish the name and/or photos of the winners on the ProperyGuru website, in email, to the press or any other media that PropertyGuru Group deems fit. PropertyGuru Group reserves the right to decide on the publications for publicity.
6. Disclaimers: Entrants agree that PropertyGuru Group Contest shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of prize(s), participation in contest, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that PropertyGuru Group is not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant's or third person's computer related to or resulting from the contest and its prizes. PropertyGuru Group is not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the contest or downloading any information in connection with the contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data
