Agent Packages Update Effective 1 September 2023
As part of our periodical review to continuously enhance our offerings so we can better support and value-add to your business needs, there will be changes to our agent packages from 1 September 2023. This includes a 17% weighted average price revision on the packages.
Besides increasing Prime Credits, the current suite of Market Insights powered by PropertyGuru DataSense will be upgraded with better user experience and design. All agents will also enjoy extra value-adds, such as complimentary access to Lead Management, regardless of your package subscription.
Along with this, the price of Ad Credits will also be revised to $0.86/credit (includes 8% GST) from 1 September 2023.
