Best Condo in OCD

Just bought a unit in woodsvale after looking around 20 units and woodsvale is the best compared in all the other condos in woodlands, rooms are spacious, excellent facilities with swimming pool, big big jacuzzi, superb suana and nice gym. management is friendly and is not fuzzy,security is strict in letting guests in, as in they will intercom if they find anything suspicious. The landscape of the whole condo looks like a resort and u wont feel living in a flat. Overall the best place to live in.

Good Value Buy

have been going for lots of viewing looking for a condo unit for the last few months.
Woodsvale really stand out from the rest.its has lots of greenery ,which make it very quiet & peceful.yet near MRT station.
have bought a unit here last month.really feel like resort, no regret at all..
at only below $700 psf for such a condo ..Where to find !.
most of the other condos that i viewed its all selling above $900 psf,yet not as good..

Overpriced

It seems that owners in Woodsvale are tapping on the current market sentiments to quickly sell their house for good margins which they had previously bought at a lower price a couple of years ago. Comparing to the new projects nearby, it seems illogical to even consider a 10 years old condo which the price has inflated so much higher than expected. I suppose we can clearly see the true value of the condo withstanding the economy downturn given its location near industrial areas and populated with different mix of foreigners.

EC codo HOT again

GOOD NEWS:

look at todays newspaper, Private property & EC sales
and price going up because
of demand up.
On top of that, government have increase EC income ceiling from $10k to $12k.. so more people can & will buy EC. That will sure push new EC price higher and matured EC will follow..

Last Month there is a unit sold in Woodsvale condo at record high of $908,000 (abt $690 PSF).

so base on all these datas & government policies .you will see Woodsvales resale price to go up to above $750 psf in the next quarter Q4.

UNDER PRICE CONDO

Woodsvale condo are really under value.

Woodsvale condo selling price only from ($650PSF - $700PSF) conpare to new ECs selling price from ($700PSF - $750PSF)

Eg: New HDB BTO units are always ($100k - $200k) lower than 5-10yrs old HDB units of the same size and same area, becos of the 5yrs cap.

EC condo have the same 5yrs cap & ruling as HDB flat. So i think matured & privatised EC condos should be price higher
than new ECs becos of the 5 yrs cap.

So since new EC condo are already selling above $700PSF.
Why are Woodsvale Condo resale units still selling
only above $650PSF.

Woodsvale condo should be price above $750PSF.

nice cosy condo

have just bought a unit here 3 mths back. NICE CONDO! love the quiet and cosy enviroment.. Yet GOOD INVESTMENT..in just 3 mths the price have already went up from BELOW $650psf to now ABOVE $700psf. GREAT to see more units already selling their units above $700psf..
since WOODLANDS area HDB flats are already selling abt $40,000 above valuation (COV). yet woodsvale condo units are only selling ON/BELOW valuation, so its really good buy,as this show that there are still room for price to increase to above $750psf within this year. Just look at all the new condo launches around woodland , they are already selling closing to $1000psf..SO WOODSVALE CONDO GREAT VALUE!!

Greenery condo

I seldom see a condo with such a greenery and well maintenance by the management. Far away from the polluted environment in the city.
From the investment point of view. Obviously, this project is pretty much undervalue as I compared with other condo in the nearer district. Good for investment and good rental yield in the future.

refer to freemen forever comment.. please do your home work before comment..1) the sauna is beside each male & female toilet next to the pools..
woodsvale condo not only have all the condo facilities that other condo have.2) on top of that they even have a big laundry area with 4 big industry washing machine & 2 big industry dryers for you to wash dry big items like bed sheets & curtains.3)KTV room with nice system and plenty of songs to choose with nice lounge area & sofa..

492 units in woodsvale are consider crowded...condo facilities are incomplete with no sauna and steam bath...importantly there's no shopping centre nearby and as for the outlook of the condo it just look like a hdb flats,the worse part is there are industrial nearby and it get dusty easily.After all it not worth to buy a condo in admiralty area and actually there are a few condo nearby causeway point that can be consider

1) Woodsvale is a smaller development, thus less residents sharing the facilities (residents to facilities ratio is smaller)
2) Woodsvale units are more regular shaped
3) Woodsvale lifts are more luxurious looking
4) Woodsvale car parks cleaner
5) Woodsvale has separate lane for residents and visitors driving into the development, thus residents will not be held back or delayed by visitors entering the development (security guards need time to note down visitors particulars).
6) Woodsvale maintenance fees seems lower.

i think woodsvale condo units selling are really under value.other condos 3 bedroom units around woodland and yishun area are already selling around $850-$950/Sqft, but woodsvale units are only selling around $650/Sqft..im sure base on the hot market now it will shot up to $700/sqft in no time.. great investment potential.

Undervalued Condo

Going by the pricing of the upcoming new projects and recent already TOP projects in the vicinity of Woodlands, Sembawang and Yishun ... Woodsvale is amazingly value for money ... probably very undervalued too. Feel that its PSF will very soon catch up with the upcoming new projects and recent already TOP projects. Woodsvale is within walking distance to MRT. The units comes in very good sizes and are very squarish. The facilities are very well maintained, almost like new. It has lots of greeneries too. There's also a huge park next to the condo.

Good for own stay

We are hunting for our dream home in the woodlands area and found that Woodsvale is an ideal choice for us. The room is very spacious and bright. Importantly , the location is good , near to amenities and MRT. Quiet living and peaceful. The asking price is very reasonable as compare to other development nearby. We have seen a few units already and are ready to make our purchase soon.

How nice..

Visited a friend of mine there last week. The house is squarish and spacious. Near mrt and a lot of greenery. Only the pool though big but a little dull. should be better than the ECs. Most of all near to my office in the woodlands industrial area.

Karaoke???

I can't believe Karaoke (to be used by one unit at a time) is actually a selling point? Without it may be a selling point instead...location is ok but this place lacks charisma - from afar looks jaded as compared to some of the newer HDBs nearby. Social lounge will be crammed by residents eager to enjoy free aircon or students to do their studies...

Condo with Karaoke Full System

This is the only Condo that I have came across with Full Karaoke Sytem. That is, with songlist preloaded karaoke system, just simply key in the song title no and it is completely remote. The social lounge is clean and spacious with a pantry room. The pantry come with a microwave, water boiler and spacious. You can even arrange a buffet set up in the pantry. The clubhouse, social lounge and BBQ pits are at the same level of the 50M lap pool. The entire condo is very big and you may able to see the beautiful view at night with beautiful lightings from the windows for residents that are having the poool view.
