Purchase carefully
Tampines Court is over 20 yrs-old, but can still be a good purchase if price is right (ard $700k for a renovated unit)
Nearby hawker centre & coffeeshops.
Hard to find such large spacious units for this price these days.
BUT
if you don't drive, it can be a hassle waiting for the feeder bus to send you to Tampines MRT station.
For a "privatized" project, whereby monthly maintenance fees have to be paid, there are NO facilities, unless you consider ample parking space & the children's playground...
Too many units are for sale & rent, making competition very tough.
