  Avoid if you can

  Shady, hostile and gossiping owners/landlords.Very run down and poorly maintained facility where back and main gate breaks down periodically Pool is filthy most times .Ppl seen washing their slippers!

  Saint Patrick's green

  -Badly maintained building -poor facilities -a lot of units tenanted out -old design -condition of interior is old and poor condition -facilities poorly maintained -lift smells mouldy and smoky Only plus pt : Transport link and a lot of eateries nearby

  St Pat Green

  1Not well maintained - likely due to most units being on rental basis? 2) Peeling paint on common areas 3) Torn and tattered floor at the kids playground that has nothing that kids can play with. 4) Tree / bushes needs strings to tie/hold them together to prevent them from falling. 5) Plants in the common areas are not trimmed or simply withering 6) Lift lobby - not well lit at all More for rental than owner occupation
