A Jewel in Telok Kurau

I've had a chance to visit the estate recently and it has made a complete change of my experience in this estate.
1. The name "Nature" is well deserved for the estate well-kept of it's common property with greenery and provide very refreshing experience
2. The estate location has given the luxury of commuting. It is located between 2 major roads (Telok Kurau and Still Rd), this is unlike those over the park connector side where almost every road is a dead-end. Moreover, the bus stop is just at it's door-step. Can't say more for it's convinience.
3. The estate has standard of 2 units shared one lobby...it has dissappeared completely from any other new development
4. Most importantly, most units there have got very 'squarish' layout, can't even find any weird layout at all.
5. The Penthouses are very spacious (only visited 2 units before), and it is definitely a one kind of rare, unique and yet very logical layout. Unfortunately, i can't afford one otherwise i would love to own one right away! ;-p
6. The estate, probably the only one that i knew that having access to both the 'lorong' and the telok kurau, and it is the best location along the stretch of telok kurau rd. Next to bright center and walking distance from amenities/shop/hospitals/etc...
7. It topped my best estate among others. I recommend this building for: Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

smal road, very packed estate

road is always jam, packed estate as with all Telok kurau developments. very small development. only for own stay...and if you like the east alot. else dont expect it as investment
I recommend this building for:
Families with Children and
Peace & Quiet.
