  Noisy and pigeons

  Owner must pay for daily cleaning of the unit. So dusty and dirty.

  Living in Dunearn Gardens

  The age of the building is showing up. Not much investment by the management to keep the condo fresh. Needs a coat of fresh paint. No space for children to play. They have to play on the road which is unsafe. Noise from the roads surrounding the condo and dust from the mrt construction. Will be more convenient when construction of downtown line is completed in 2016.

  Dunearn Gardens

  Not sure why asking prices are even higher than brand new projects like Trilight or older projects in the vicinity. The condo looks old and the pool is relatively small. Things inside also appear dated. Main problem is the noise from surrounding uncompleted projects and the new MRT station. Noises from construction, cars (next to busy roads and expressway) and dusts etc. Transport links will be great once new interchange completed.

  noise pollution - FOREVER

  surrounded by new projects snd miss-the-boat 1) forever hit by construction noises 2) wat are the owners thinking? 10-20 yrs before hances of end bloc.

  NOISY!!!

  forget the convenience, the noise and dust with the construction nearby make this an awful location to live in! If you consider living here to rent a unit, please ask the owner to pay you to live here..
