  Dishonest and unhelpful owner

  Unit 48A has room partitions; check properly when viewing owner will not inform. Not helpful owner. Difficulties in getting back full amount of rental deposit when move out. Amount anyhow deducted without receipt.

  Rude security guard

  Peaceful and quiet place. However, the security guard can be "overly enthusiatic" and rude to your visitors.
