There are 8 towers and many different sizes for 2 bedroom units in Orchid Park Condo. Could anyone advise which is a better tower and the comparison of the different sizes for the 2 bedroom units? Apparently, the smallest unit, 872sqft, has the highest psf. Is it more economical to get a larger floor area unit?

I am interested in a 3 Br unit with patio at Nuovo. Will the prices be rising anytime soon? I hope not. Currently, i notice a large diff in asking price between Nuovo and Grandeur 8 at 150-200 psf even tho the two condos are only 700 m apart and almost similar in age. Could anybody enlighten me why this is so? Any units available pl?

hi I am looking to buy a unit at Viz holland and i see that the price has been increasing quite substantially over the last 6 to 9 months? does anyone know what is the unit number that was last sold at nearly 1500 psf? when i saw it in Dec last year, it was about $1300 psf for 818 sq ft on 8 floor and im not really convinced that it has gone up $200 psf in 9 months. thanks!

Hi all, I have close to 60k in CPF(partly CPF grant) plus 50K cash. We perfer a 4-room flat near MRT(10 mins walk), condition not really important as i've set aside enough for renovation. Not corridor units, must be high floor(8 and up), door to door units perferred. Which estate will have units suit my budget and requirment? Thank you for reading.

Dear Guru's, I'm interested in buying a unit in Eunos Green... It is a good location, big house and attractive pricing. I have one concern here, when I evaluated the property with banks, they gave me some reasonable pricing. But when I Valuate the property using Property Guru's valuation tool it shows lower price. Infact, it shows that this property rate has declined 6.8% in last one month. I'm just wondering which one to rely on? Guru's, any advice from you on buying the property in Eunos Green is highly appreciated. Thanks in Advance
