Hi Experts, I need some advise. Will my bank loan be on track and not affected if I go for 1st HDB appointment to sell my property first and then go for first HDB appointment for purchase 2 weeks later. Thereafter, we will go for the 2nd appointment to sell off our unit 8 weeks later and go for the 2nd appointment 6 weeks later to complete buying the unit which will be about more or less the same time it completes. Will there be a problem?

Dear Gurus, I am interested to get a pvte condo for investment in Bishan area, i.e. Bishan Loft/Bishan 8. Can I expect the price to drop to $500k for a 2 - 3 rm units? Else, what is the approximate price that I can anticipate to drop to the lowest?

Could anyone please comment on the advantages/disadvantages of buying a unit at Bishan Loft (which is an EC) compared to buying one at the 'normal' condos in the area such as Bishan 8. The price seems to be cheaper so I wonder what is the reason. Thanks
