I own a HDB 5I (bought from resale market) and staying in the same for the last 10 years. Have an outstanding loan of 150,000. The current price would be 475,000. I used only 50,000 from my CPF and I have around 100,000 in my ordinary a/c in CPF. So, can someone suggest is there any way that I can keep HDB and buy a private condo? And is there any way that I can get 80% loan?

I own a private property jointly with my wife and jointly liable for the mortgage. Would like to transfer the title 100% to my name as well as mortgage.. How does the process work? a) Selling price - Can my wife sell to me at ANY price? b) Pay Stamp Duty - What's the stamp duty liable? Is it same as usual Sale or different. c) Will I have to get a new mortgage or the bank usually just transfers into my name if the income criteria are met?

Assuming couple clears HDB loan using CPF and some cash and purchases 2nd property (private), no matter what age they are at, will it be possible to use CPF to pay monthly loan? Is the CPF minimum sum requirement applicable to all ages or only above a certain age? How much will the normal progressive payments for new launches turn out to be for a 1.5mil property? E.g.5-10% upon piling works, then another 5-10% for the next few stages till 100% complete? Can someone share about the estimated amounts to pay for the above scenario? Usually few hundred$, then gradually more and more $ payable to the bank till the full condo is completed and loan kicks in full right?
