I'm thinking of buying a 1 room apartment for rental investment. Recently, I viewed Mackenzie and Parc Sophia. I'm quite impressed by the location but I'm worried that a 1 room apartment might be difficult to sell in future. Are my worries unfounded?

I want to know is Parc Vista 3+1 room $700 a good investment with a rental of $3.5K (tentanted). Went to Lakeshore but think it is too expensive though I can get about 4K. I want to buy for investment and rental. What is your advice?

Parc Sophia 1 rm apartment is selling at 750k plus. Isn't this a high price to pay even though it's in district 9? Moreover, it's only 474 sq ft.

I'm due to start new job in Singapore in Dec 08. I'm looking for either studio or 1 room condo to rent. I have narrowed my choices to these few properties, The Sail, Soho 88 and Parc Emily. So far the rental of these properties are all listed above SGD 3K. What is the chances of securing a place for price between 2.5K to 3.0K in 3 month's time.

Have upped my budget to around $650-690K. Any reasonably renovated mid floor private unit at Westcove or Parc Oasis? 3 bedrooms, about 107sqm. Alternatively, budget $400-420k for HDB exec apartment which is near to clementi (no need to be at clementi though)?

Hi, Gurus.Im interested in Jurong 2/3 bedrooms condos eg: Summerdale,parc vista & parc oasis(preferably). However my budget is around 500-600k 7 im willing to pay 10% d/p. rest of it shall be bank loan(if possible lowest interest rates). And possible to absorb the stamp fees also(HIGHLY INTERESTED)?
