Hi gurus, supposing that one has a HDB loan of 110K left, and about 240K in combined cash and CPF savings, after leaving half of the minimum sum in CPF. If one wishes to purchase a second property for investment, does it make more sense to settle CPF loan and opt for 20% private loan, or to save up to see what options are available in a few years' time? If a project TOP date is 3-4 years down the road, how is the payment schedule like? Looking for a private property in the west.

hi, i am considering ascertia sky and wonder if the side facing alexandra road or redhill MRT is better. the alexandra road can be busy and the redhill side is a quieter side but it has the MRT tracks. also, which floor onwards is better on both sides? and is the space where the showroom currently is going to be a high rise commercial development? thanks for your advice!

I'm looking at FH landed, preferably corner or semi d with at least 2000sqft land area in D13,14,19,20 or 28. 2storeys with at least 4beds and 3 baths. Original unit not more than 15yrs old is fine. Not urgent and not on huge budget so like to ask if there Would there be chance of finding one at less than 2mil budget in the next half to 1.5yrs? When looking at landed , should i look at land/sqft or build up/sqft prices? Thank u
