I have just seen Nova 48. Can i find out if it is a good investment property? what is a reasonable price psf to pay for that area?

Hi,
The asking price for Nova 48 is from $790psf to $865psf.
Nova 88 (by the same developer) is $8xx psf.
This (balestier / novena area) is about $8xx psf to $10xxpsf. Most are apartments with 1 block + small site area. I would recommend a different one: The Arte @ Jalan Raja Udang (also nearby). Condo status with full condo facilities, quality superior finishing, with a huge site area of 178,955sqft. Price is around the same range as Nova.
Besides the Arte, I also have other dev in this area.
