From your queries I gathered you are genuinely would like to secure a unit for you and your partner, or for your family as well.

You seem have done quite a bit of ground work and have selected few places for a home to be and gotten a preliminary loan approval from commercial banks, and perhaps COV is your concern in this case.

Since recent government announcements the COV has very much been adjusted downwards as compared with last time. There are also many units in the market now that the cov is on the low side. However a no cov unit may not come by at times or rather it would have been grabbed by others if there is and hence in this case you may really need to be patient a little.

Think of your love ones, if you have a home, and how nice if there have a permanent place to be with you everyday, and nonetheless a property investment in Singapore is always a win-win situation. =)
