I have an entire unit of Nuovo Executive Condo for rent. Area 1119 sq ft 3 bedrooms (1 converted to study) and designer decor. Near YCK MRT and amenities.
Any idea what is the rental like?

Hi Yvvone,
The rental for you house is btwn $2.5K - $3K.
It will depend your whether your study-room can be use as a bedroom as mostly tenants pay for the numbers of bedroom usable. And of course the condition of the house and the location..

Hi Yvonne, I have been doing Castle Green (Just beside Nuovo) rentals for some time now and thus I can safely say the rental market in Nuovo should be between 2.6 to 2.8K for a fully furnished 3 bedroom unit.
I do have 3+1 units (1173sqft) at Castle Green renting out at 2.5K. I believe tenants will pay slightly a bit more for a very nice renovation and the shorter distance to MRT but not too much as why would they when they can get a bigger size unit with more facilities next door.
Do let me know if I am able to bring my tenants over.
