Hi I am currently looking to make a investment.
Would like to purchase a freehold condo around novena, newton or orchard areas.
Condo should have full facilities and it should be as new as possible or have not been TOP.
Could anyone advice me on the price of that area, what is the best price and also how to sought one with a rental assured?

Located within walking distance to Good Schools, Mere minutes drive to Orchard Road Via Steven Road. It is a ideas place to call home & yet a better place to invest as it is certainly cheaper than Orchard's condo yet the rental yield back rate will be on-par.
