I'm looking flats in the following area 73-77 Redhill Road (5R) Boon Tiong Road (4B, 6A, 6B, 8A & 8B) What would be the estimated valution & COV in these area?

A 5I unit at Boon Tiong Rd was last transacted in November at $778000 @ $628.94psf while a unit at redhill road was translated just last month at a staggering $818000 @ $661.28.

This area is on the high side due to the proximity to Raffles Place (3 MRT stops from Boon Tiong which is next to Tiong Bahru MRT)

I can give you an estimate of 650K to 700K for valuation depending on flat type and COV ranges from 30 K upwards. Again this depends on the condition (new reno or original ) (facing) and ( flat type)
