I'm intending to buy a 2 bed room at Botannia. What is the current price per square feet? What is the TOP date as I intend to move in by 2nd quarter or latest third quarter 2009.

I have a 2 units of 3 bedroom at Botannia @ $760psf @ 1300sqf and 1600sqf.

"Botannia" will TOP in 2010, or might be earlier. There is only one sub-sales in Aug. 2008, where the psf is at $799 psf.
Currently a few units on sub-sales for 2-BRs. Asking range from $775K to $950K.
