I'm interested to purchase a 1 bedroom unit (592 or 614 sqft) at Southbank for rental. With current market sentiments and willingness to wait for a steal, wld 550k be realistic?

There are currently 2 units for sale in the market. Both units asking slightly above $600k. Perhaps you would like to have more information on these 2 units, then u can consider to offer if any interests yourself. Not necessary your offer needs to meet the asking prices.
