I am interested in a 3 Br unit with patio at Nuovo. Will the prices be rising anytime soon? I hope not. Currently, i notice a large diff in asking price between Nuovo and Grandeur 8 at 150-200 psf even tho the two condos are only 700 m apart and almost similar in age. Could anybody enlighten me why this is so? Any units available pl?

Hi Ju,
Nuovo is an EC while Grandeur 8 is condo.
Hence, there are restrictions placed on Nuovo that will affect its supply and demand. Hence the price gap. Although ECs are pick up pace in closing the pricing gaps. Let me know if you need assistance in your search, i have some units that might interest you.
