Dear Gurus,
I am interested to get a pvte condo for investment in Bishan area, i.e. Bishan Loft/Bishan 8. Can I expect the price to drop to $500k for a 2 - 3 rm units? Else, what is the approximate price that I can anticipate to drop to the lowest?

Good day Liz,
Bishan Loft is the more affordable project as compared to Bishan 8. It is very unlikely that you will able to purchase any with the budget that you have. In a worst-case senario in which private property prices happen to dip 20%, it will still not reach $500,000.
As you know, Bishan is a highly accessible and well planned area, hence it is very unlikely that prices here will drop to such an extend.
