Does anyone know when the Nuovo (EC) is permitted to sell at open market? Should it be some time in 2009? Thanks!

Hi,
Im marketing units at the Nuovo EC and sold one just 2 weeks ago.
5 units in fact.
Call me if u need assistance on the relevant dates, timeframe, restrictions, MOP period.

Hi,
With regards to when can this EC be sold in the open market depends very much on when the owner collect the keys.(date of title under your name) From that date calculate 5 yrs. (Different collect keys at different stages) If further further doubt pls feel free to contact me. Thanks.
