I am looking for a 3 br condo in yishun or ang mo kio. It appears to me that prices of Nuovo (selling below $680 psf) is much cheaper than the new 99 yrs condos in Yishun selling at 750-800 psf and Nuovo is built by CDL. I am a PR, can I buy a EC? Base on the trending, will the price be crossing $700 psf soon? This is based on the fact that Nuovo is located in ang mo kio and 120m from the Yio Chu Kang mrt station.

Your condo at Ang Mo Kio / Yio Chu Kang is about $800 psf.
Most if not all already crossing the mark.

Hi,
Regard to your question that this condo Nuovo is not yet 10 years so PR cannot purchase expressly EC that show you only can purchase normal condo even a single PR also can't purchase HDB.

Hi Johnson,
Glenna is right, PRs are not eligible to purchase EC. You will have to wait for the 10 year mark after it is privatized.
You might want know your requirement, I believe that I got something that you want.
