I have more than $500,000 in my CPF ordinary accounts. I'm looking for a small condo for investment. Budget not more than $500,000. Can I use 100% CPF to invest in it? I'm now living and based oversea.

Hi Mr Foo
Your question had answer by the other agent.
Private studio apartment at 517sq ft and freehold. TOP early 09. 11min walk to novena MRT. area that near novena is alway a prime location for investment and owner is selling at 580k and negotiable. Just min drive to PIE.
5% cash + 15% can use CPF to pay and balance by instalment and as you had 500k in cpf fund
eg:
~for a property of 580K
~5% is 29K
~CPF Use 470k
~Stamp fee is abt 12k (can use CPF but pay cash first and claim back.)
~legal fee is abt 2.03k ( can be use CPF but pay cash first and claim.)
~balance of 80k loan base 15yrs loan and 3.5% interest is $579.05

Hi sir, Yes, you can use 100% of the amount in your ordirary account only. But initial 5% of the purchase price has to be in Cash. This is only for first time buyers and residential properties only. For more info, you can call me at 81578044, or email to me at rsprop@gmail.com. Pls visit my website at www.simran.myweb.sg Thanks! Have a good day!
