yes is a good investment. there are many upgrades upcoming for jurong area.
Jurong Lake District, which will become the main commercial and recreational hub in the region. The Jurong Gateway will offer an excellent mix of office, retail, residential, hotel, entertainment, F&B and other complementary uses. Lakeside around Jurong Lake will become a major leisure destination focusing on edutainment and entertainment experiences for families with young children.
Over the next 10 to 15 years, residents in the West can look forward to…
• Jurong Lake District, which will be the commercial hub for the West, offering a business and leisure destination set amidst a lakeside environment.
• Attractive housing options in a variety locations near MRTs, parks and waterbodies in areas such as Jurong Lake District, Clementi, Hillview and Choa Chu Kang.
• More business opportunities and jobs at Jurong and Tuas.
• More community and recreational facilities and more greenery.
• Better transport connections to the city via the new Downtown Line 2 (DTL 2), and greater MRT accessibility to the far west via the Tuas Extension.

Hi Ann,
I have some 3 bedroom condo in Jurong area that you can consider for rental investment.
However, I also have a 2 bedroom condo that is easier to rent out and have a better location and better rental return. Will you like to consider?
Please kindly call me @ 9027-6142 or kenlim09@gmail.com for more info.
