Hi, I and my wife are in 60s and we are looking to buy 3 room HDB flat at top floor nearer to MRT. Our preferable location is Serangoon or Bishan or Ang Mo Kio. Please note that in Ang Mo Kio, we dun want to view the unit which has 2 rubbish chutes inside (one wooden chute locked by HDB cannot be removed which we think it is very ugly). Thank you.
