Just to let u know that the valuation is around 420-450K depends on the location and floor area and the facing.
U can do it yourself online or ask the agent to do it for u.

Hi Amin,
Valuation is around $420k. But depends on the amenities,condition and level of your house. If you really intend to sell, i would suggest that you get the valuation done for your house. Feel free to contact me if you need my assistance. Thanks.

Hi Amin,
Valuation will depends on, the condition of the flat, distance to MRT, high or low floor, etc.
I early march I sold a EA in woodlands ave 5 and it had a val of 470k (orginal condition) becase its just opposite the causeway point.

There are a few varying sizes for EAs in your locality. That also meant that the prices vary as well.
It can be from a range of $400,000 all the way to $500,000.
