Hi,
what is the indicative price psf? I am looking at more than 1300 psf. I understand for Floravale, the +1 is actually the maid room. Is it big enough to convert into a study?
How much in cash do I have to pay upfront besides the standard 5% cash? I heard that even though the other 15% can be paid off by my CPF, I'll have to pay it in cash first before CPF reimburse me. Is this true?
