no u cant
under single scheme u must be 35 yrs old
Now u only can be join owner with yr mum or u be occupant, unless u buying a pte condo. u can be owner of the house

So does that mean I can buy a resale flat only if my mum is the owner and I'm the co-owner? I cannot be placed under occupier as my mum has zero income and I will be the one paying for the bank loans using my CPF.
