Hi Foomun,
There are 2 uses for the plot of land beside Optima. The big plot of land is divided into 2, the one closest to Optima is zoned for commercial use, plot ratio at 3.0. The subsequent plot of land is zoned for residential use, plot ratio at 2.8.
For more information, you may always go to Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) to check out the latest Master Plan.
