transacted price @ sunrise garden is around S$480 - S$500psf..
I am currently marketing a few properties in D25 - D27..
Do let me know if you could provide me with more information in regards to your apartment @ Sunrise Garden..

Hi, A "good price" is often achieved by only an exclusive agent. Why? - if there are a few agents, prices will mostly drop, as each agent will advertise lesser price. As low price attract buyers. If you only have 1 agent, he/she can hold the price until there are real buyer.
He/she can also bargain the price for you as this will save you much hassle in the process.
