How much can I rent out 3 bedrooms 1152ft² The Garden at Bishan at Sin Ming Walk near Ai Tong, high floor, good view, 100% furnish but west sun at noon,winter block. any idea?

Hi alex,...its hard to say till ive seen ur unit..price depends on renovation status,furnitues,amenities,and location in the area..but one thing you have the advantage is ur unit has a good view on a high floor like what u mentioned..for now i would quote...3.5k-4k...do let me know..
