I would like to sell my property in NOVA 48. Could I get advice on the price per sqft.It is a high floor. I need help with agents to facilitate sale.

Last transacted prices was in June/July at highest of $945psf.
To current market, the highest selling price we can try is $1000psf, though we can start marketing it at $1100psf.
However, interested buyers might not come by that fast (Be prepared), as there is still quite a few years to nearing its expected TOP in late 2013.
